A nice space that doesn’t deliver much else
👎
Time of visit: October 2025
Small portions and stale bread
The sandwiches at OSLO COFFEE Yotsuya 3-Chome Store 四谷三丁目店 in Yotsuya (Shinjuku), Tokyo, were small, the bread was stale, and the filling felt underwhelming, which made the experience disappointing overall. The coffee was average and did not stand out in any way. For a total of 1840 yen, the overall value felt low. My partner experienced minor heartburn after eating, likely related to the low-quality sandwiches.

A comfortable setting that raises expectations
The wooden interior creates a warm atmosphere, and the spacious seating with wooden partitions adds a sense of privacy. The space feels comfortable and well-designed, which sets certain expectations. However, aside from the seating layout, there is nothing particularly memorable about the environment.

The food selection was limited, with only two or three sandwiches available in the fridge section at the time of visit. This added to the sense that the offering was not well-prepared or maintained. The overall experience felt disappointing enough that we left feeling that even Starbucks would have been a more satisfying option.

Service was minimal but fine. An English menu is available, and no reservation is required. Credit cards are accepted.
