A Seasonal Burger with Excellent Fried Sides
I had the best burger I’ve ever had at BLACOWS in Shibuya, Tokyo. I ordered a seasonal special burger that they had at the time, and I was completely blown away.
It had multiple layers of flavor that revealed themselves gradually. I noticed a layer of onion pickles with fennel seeds, which was unique and incredibly delicious. Each bite was like biting into a spring garden. The different flavors worked together wonderfully.
The deep-fried potatoes included sweet potatoes, which were a pleasantly surprising detail. I loved them!
Their onion rings were also very good.
Friendly Service and a Welcoming Space
The atmosphere was comfortable and easy to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive.
My partner also liked the soap in the restroom, which was a small but nice detail.
We’ll definitely go back.
