I'm going to show you how to make a simple dressing using shio koji. This is my go-to recipe and I make this pretty much every time I make a salad at home. It's super quick and easy to make and yet it tastes so much better than the store-bought ones. It's light and refreshing and goes well with any kind of salad. I really want you to try it.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp shio koji
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper

  • Squeeze a lemon to get its juice.
