This is a simple, keto-friendly canapé that's quick to make and delicious. It makes for a great snack before or after a meal. You can make this in just a few minutes!
50g(1.8oz)natural cheese(Use any natural cheese of your choice.)
1tbspanchovy fillet
2tbspolive oil
black pepper(ground)
directions
Cut a tomato into 1cm (0.39 inch) slices.
Place the slices in a single layer on a plate.
Cut the cheese into bite-size pieces and place on top of the tomato slices.I’m using Emmentaler and Brie in the picture and the video, but use any natural cheese of your choice.
Take an anchovy fillet, chop it into little pieces, and place the pieces on the cheese.They are quite salty, so we don’t need a lot.
Drizzle some good quality olive oil, and sprinkle some ground black pepper.
