Ingredients

  • 40 g (1.4 oz) dried tomato
  • 100 ml (0.4 cups) water
  • 1 tbsp (1 tbsp) pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp (4.1 tbsp) olive oil

  • Add dried tomatoes and water to a bowl.

  • Cover with plastic wrap. We'll cook this in the microwave until the dried tomatoes become soft: Do three rounds of 3mins at 600W. Between the rounds, give it a mix and if the water has evaporated, add more water.
